Recently I have seen an ad of Japanese handmade pens:
"Заказ сделал ручкой
Рука мастера Сделано в Японии Ваша написания символов"
First of all "сделать ручкой" means that somebody cheated you: borrowed you money and vanished from your sight *eg* So "Заказ сделал ручкой" means that you ordered something and did not receive your order :) A very honest ad!
The second part of this ad is beyond my understanding. I suppose that this site does not sell original Japanese pens, but Chinese fakes. At least service instructions of Chinese fakes are usually written in the same "Russian".
